I was fortunate I attended the health seminar at the ACC where I was introduced to the Newstart Health Programme. Unlike other seminars whereby there is usually a lot of "talk" the Newstart Programme is a wholesome health programme which included exercises, cooking demonstrations, hydroptherapy and practical/valuable information relating to health was shared by the team. The simplicity of vegan cooking is actually very interesting. All it requires is a commitment and a strong willpower on my part to change my eating habits and follow a healthy regime. We were reminded that change can take place in 21 days.

I am happy to have participated in this programme and I thank the team at ACC for their commitment to the "wellness of other humanbeings" God Bless the good work you are doing in sharing with others. Thank You!Image

I participated in the NEWSTART and found it informative and easy to practice in my everyday life as the instructions are practical and hands on. Since beginning of the year I have been started a more balanced diet and proper exercise. I am also eating as much organic food as possible and my ultimate aim is to go vegan. Everyday I exercise 20 minutes in the sun and go to the gym 3 times a week but after attending NEWSTART, I am also adding stretching and muscles exercise and this and practicing all the other things I have learned at the talk (like sleeping early and drinking enough water) has resulted in incredible results.
