Charobix Fitness


Charobix stands for “community health aerobics.”

This 30-minute aerobics exercise is especially designed for people of all ages and includes marching variations, marching with arm movements, coordinated movements and stretchings. Steps are for all ages, easy to learn, and will improve and develop your fitness level!

1. Marching forward and backward (4x4 steps)
2. Marching sideways (4x4 steps)
3. Marching forward and backward (2x2 steps)
4. Marching sideways (2x2 steps)
5. Marching forward and backward (1 steps)

2. Marching sideway with on one arm up (4x4 steps)
3. Push pull (2x2 steps)

6. Step-hope (4 steps)
