Charobix stands for “community health aerobics.”
This 30-minute aerobics exercise is especially
designed for people of all ages and includes
marching variations, marching with arm movements,
coordinated movements and stretchings. Steps are for
all ages, easy to learn, and will improve and
develop your fitness level!
