Our South American fare was fantastic:
Our appetizer was Cheese Dip with whole meal biscuits and cripsy
Garlic Bread.
Our main dishes were Fragrant Paella, Zesty Spaghetti, Scallop
Potatoes, Tabouli Salad, Mixed Bean Chowder Stew.
We finished off two deserts, namely, Apple Flat Cakes Melon
Delights.
Invitations were sent out through e-mail and our Good Lord used the
visitors to bring visitors. Each visitor brought at least one friend
and one visitor brought 7 friends!
What a blessing it was to share our passion for wholesome vegetarian
fare to visitors and friends.
Many of our visitors were keen to know our recipes for most of our
dishes so we told them we will include these dishes in the next
cooking class. We also handed our visitors free copies of the
End-Time Count Down and Living with Hope.
