“Labour of Love,” was the theme of the first healthy cooking demo
which was held at the ACC premise.

With an array of delicious spread like loaded potato skin, vegetarian
meatballs with mushroom sauce and the oh-so-good pumpkin pudding for
dessert, it was a treat both for the eyes and the palate.
Before the audience experienced the cooking demo, they were first
ushered into a 15-minute lecture on Happiness versus Joy by ACC’s
Nutritionist, Ms. Rose Solano. She showed how people who experience
inner joy are healthier than those who experience reactive happiness.
As one person from the audience quips: “this cooking demo is very
good, the food was cooked very healthily and tastes good too! I will
come again next time.”
