On July 12th 2008, the ACC team travelled to
Kuala Selangor to conduct a cooking demo as part of
the "Adopt a Community" program to send health
message to the community. A total of thirty
participants comprising all age groups were present.
Kuala Selangor is pre-dominantly an Indian area. All
the participants present at the cooking demo had a
chance to learn how to make simple but health dishes
that included Savoury Oat Meal, Scrambled Tofu, and
Chutney.
