A group of about 50 people ranging from small
children to older folks filled the Maranatha car
park for Charobix Time! They all gathered to learn
this new and fun way to exercise led by Jane Yap &
Rose Solano of ACC.

The evening started with stretching exercises in
order to prepare the body for what was about to
come. After that each set of the Charobix was
taught, step by step, in which the group followed
with energy and enthusiasm, and their enthusiasm was
shown throughout the entire session.

On a very interesting note, most of the participants
who attended this activity did not know what
CHAROBIX was all about, some of them asked: “is it
dancing? Or is it aerobics?” but the best thing is
that even though it was unknown to them however they
were very keen to attend and the result was great as
they were delighted to exercise to the rhythm of the
CHAROBIX music. Each participant learned that
CHAROBIX is a very good way to keep the body in
shape and the heart pumping.
